Colonel Tony Khachan is a retired officer with over 30 years of distinguished service. He has worked with the Cyber Crimes Bureau, Special Investigations Bureau, Central Investigations Bureau, and various intelligence agencies in his homeland.

Colonel Khachan is skilled in training trainers, performing under pressure, public speaking, and negotiating complex situations. His extensive experience is further enhanced by certifications from the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), the German Bureau of Investigations, and numerous other global security and intelligence agencies.
